What is the special thing to enjoy life at A Plus?

In a busy life, almost people are often forgetting one thing: “Live To Work or Work To Live”.

Nowadays, you may encounter the unsurprising scene as working every day from morning to the evening, going home with tired then eating, sleeping untill next day and working again. That's not my lifestyle, I think I'm not on this earth to be like that. I'm here to build relationships, experience life, create things, help others, or whatever else I can do.  I want to give myself an opportunity to change a life.

And then, I met Mr. Henry Tran and Ms. Chi who always have a beautiful smile and give everyone a warm, peaceful feeling. I know that A Plus might be the place where I am looking for.

On the first day entered A Plus, I had a tour around the company and met everyone who was very friendly. Although their work was very busy, they enthusiastically guided me from the big things as the core value of work, mission, and goals to the smallest things such as Wi-Fi, parking space, meals, water, workplace, and so on. It's helped me to integrate and be close with everyone.

At A Plus, people have many hobbies such as singing, painting, cooking, and joking and they can satisfy these passions here, where each person's differences are always respected. It makes me feel at home where I can do any things I love as well as enjoy my life each day.

However, life can never be too easy for some things, my girlfriend and I were planning to get married at the end of 2021, there were some issues happening that we had to change the timing of wedding into the beginning of this year. The wedding preparation requires us to have more time while I just joined A Plus within two months and my work was pending a lot. No company would have a newbie had my situation at that time, therefore, I decided to apply for resignation even I didn't want it at all. On the date I applied farewell and thank, I talked about my situation, not only my wedding was a big happy of the whole company but also my long term vacation was approved. Thanking everyone for supporting me in wedding preparation and work, all of that made a wonderful wedding. It was our special wedding and my unforgettable memory with A Plus.

Here, there is a very interesting core value that listening and sharing in which everyone can share anything about work, children, friends, neighbors, families, pets, hobbies and so on. And they will receive a lot of advices, support and resources to overcome difficulties in work as well as in life. It’s great to live and work in that environment. In addition, the accomplishment of each member‘s life goals has played an important role in the company. That is the core that makes A Plus become a big family.
