Charity in Ba Tri, Ben Tre - Jan 2016

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give” – said Winston Churchill.

In Jan 2016, A Plus’s staff took a trip to Ba Tri, Ben Tre Province, a small town in the Mekong Delta, in the South Western region of Vietnam. People there mainly do agriculture and fishery to earn their livings.

We visited a small primary school. There are only few classes with poor facilities. The gifts were given to 20 students who were misfortunate but still performed well at school.

Then we visited 5 houses of miserable people who were facing difficult circumstances. We gave them the necessities such as rice, instant noodles, sugar, etc.

We believed that they were encouraged by our care in both physical and mental ways.
