A Plus's Factory and Product Quality certified by Asia Inspection

In July 2016, A Plus welcomed Asia Inspection - a global leading quality control third party to audit our factory in Dak Nong and inspect the product quality of the shipment to Canada.

The order was from a Canadian customer who serves high-end residential and commercial projects throughout North America. Their order included over 100 products in different shapes, dimensions , and finishes. As a professional organization, they had their own protocol requiring high standards on both manufacturing sites and products.

After 2 days of working with the inspector from Asia Inspection, our factory conditions and equipment passed the audit requirements.

Regarding quality inspection, most of our products meet customer’s requirements. There were only 2 minor defects found. However, those didn’t affect the function of the products. So, finally, the result was positive and the customer approved for shipping immediately.

We received positive feedback from this customer about our process, product quality, and packing quality. The outcome of this project once again proves the high standard quality of A Plus's products. We apply Total Quality Management to control the products from the profile of the material in the quarry to finished products and packages. Quality is our top priority as we understand that quality is the only way to gain trust from our customers and keep stable development.
